Last night a friend, hubs and I went to the Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band concert at the famous Ryman Auditorium, the “Mother Church of County Music.” Want to see the pictures? Here you go.
While walking to dinner, we passed the artist entrance. I got all touristy and took this picture.

Just before the show began I turned off my phone. I’ve found that when I’m concentrating on taking pictures and posting them in real time, I miss the magic of the show, or the vacation, or the party itself.
I no longer wish to spend so much time documenting my life that I miss out on its wonderful moments.
