My friend and training partner, Lynn and I are getting ready for a 20-mile, organized ride. This morning we met for a 10-miler. Our launching point was an office park in Cool Springs, an area just outside of Nashville.
Middle Tennessee was really showing off this morning. While I didn’t get a good tree photo, the dogwoods and red buds are in full bloom. We enjoyed blue skies, mild temps, and 1o miles.
A little pond beside a bike and walking trail.
This is the same pond, but now you see we are not in a remote area. This is the parking garage for Williamson Medical Center.
Look what we saw at our turnaround point. How appropriate!
Another pond, this one in the office park.
And just for kicks, here’s a hideous photo of Lynn and me. Not sure why I look like I just bit into a lemon. This is why I don’t take selfies.
