Sometimes, when I don’t have early morning church commitments, I’ll sneak into a Sunday morning spin class before grabbing a quick shower and dashing off to my worship service. Such was the case yesterday, February 9, 2014.
The instructor made no mention of the significance of the day. He didn’t have to.
The morning started with “I Am The Walrus.” There were knowing smiles throughout the room. After an hour of sweating, sprinting and hill climbing to various artists, the instructor yelled, “and your done!” signalling the time for cool down. Exhausted faces smiled again when we were treated to “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “All You Need Is Love.”
It was the coolest spin class ever.
