Where was yesterday’s Snapshot Saturday, you ask? Well, you may not have missed it but I can pretend you did.
I was supposed to run 15 miles yesterday. Didn’t happen. I’m still having significant pain in both feet so I decided to improvise. I took a one-hour spin class followed by three miles on the treadmill followed by five miles on an elliptical trainer. So Snapshot Saturday looked something like this:

Next week’s long run is only five miles. I can handle that. I’m beginning to get concerned about this foot pain. So much so that I tossed and turned last night thinking about it. So much so that one of my goals this week is to schedule an appointment with a podiatrist. Stay tuned.
