Today’s recipe comes from my pal, Dave. He actually posted it as a comment to one of my blog entries. I now eat this DAILY as one of my six mini-meals.
One serving yogurt (I use Dannon Plain Non-Fat, 6 oz)
One scoop chocolate protein powder
Blueberries (I use 1/4 cup of frozen, mixed berries. I like them best still frozen)
Mix and devour.
Since I now eat this daily, of course I’m giving it five yums. Love.
Now drop everything you’re doing and make some. You’re welcome.
mmm! Sounds good! I’ll try this when I’m in phase two! Only one more week!
Also, try using plain non fat greek yogurt (chobani and fage are both great brands) instead of the dannon. MUCH creamier and PROTEIN packed!
I really like Fage. I switch between Dannon and Fage, depending on Fage’s price. Always looking for a sale price.
